Executive Retreat: Recharge & Redirect

Objective: Kick-start the recurring organizational process by reviewing survey results, using group dynamics and wisdom to set priorities and develop plans for the future. Set up an accountability plan for higher levels of performance and effectiveness.

In a time when the need for annual reinvention and refocus for organizations continues to accelerate, you'll find this workshop of incredible value.

We start with a survey of your board, volunteers and members. They'll provide input on their perception of how the organization is doing, which programs are providing the greatest value and where they'd like to see additional support and programs.

The results of this survey kick off the workshop and include a group discussion of feedback, member needs, and priorities. Breakout sessions provide the opportunity to use the knowledge and experience of the group to come up with specific game plans to address needs, solve the issues, and build a timeline for the next year. Presentations from each of the "breakout groups" provide a chance for the entire group to discuss, modify, and commit to specific game plans. Scheduling of quarterly follow-up sessions adds accountability to the process.
