The world around us doesn’t stand still, and people and organizations cannot afford to let the changes go unnoticed. Organizations that miss paradigm shifts will likely wither and die. Individuals who can’t accept the reality of changes brought on by aging, bad habits, and life’s other little surprises often become frustrated, angry, and ineffective in their most important relationships.
The Reinvention block sensitizes participants to the changes taking place inside and outside of their professional organizations as well as in their personal lives. Attendees will go through interactive brainstorming sessions to identify opportunities. Participants then sort to gain insight into what they must/should react to and then outline implementation steps in four different areas. |
