DiSC Assessment
There are many other behavioral assessment tools on the market today, such as the well-known Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator. DISC is one such assessment based on the work of Dr. William Moulton Marston a Harvard graduate whose life was spent as a teaching and consulting psychologist. It is a deceptively simple assessment that asks respondents to choose preferences from 24 different choices. From one's responses to the assessment, we can derive thousands of possible combinations. These combinations can be narrowed to more than 380 individual charts, resulting in an extremely valid assessment of one's behavioral preferences.
