Life’s not simple, we can help.
Our workshops have helped thousands of people improve their time management, communication, balance, leadership skills and more! All workshops make use surveys run in advance of the events. In our critiques we ask whether, or not, our presenters should be asked back… more than 99% say yes.
Organizational Excellence
Objective: Overview of effective leadership principles and an establishment of a baseline for improving organizational performance, atmosphere and productivity. In a time when there is no shortage of people offering to speak about leadership, you’ll find this workshop different… something you can sink your teeth into. Based on the book, LIFT, by 9gs president, Bob Vosburgh, the focus is on three major areas: Self, Team, and Atmosphere. Attendees learn about three necessary characteristics within each of those major areas, while being entertained with anecdotes, stories, and videos of successful leaders. Participants have their team take an on-line leadership survey that provides qualitative and quantitative feedback. The results of this survey are then debriefed in confidential one-on-one sessions with 9gs facilitators. Attendees leave with a mantra of critical characteristics for organizational performance and productivity and a summary of how their teams perceive the leadership environment.

Organizational Evolution
| If you’ve attended a 9gs workshop, you know we provide superb value and receive outstanding reviews. Why not bring our newest and most valuable workshop to your next event? The package includes surveys, a three-hour workshop, and coaching. The Surveys: Every attending organization is provided surveys they can run in advance of the event. With the help of hundreds of your peers we’ve developed an Employee Satisfaction Questionnaire (ESQ) that goes beyond just numbers. The ESQ not only asks how your organization is doing but also asks how your team thinks it can be fixed. If you opt to also utilize the Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire, attendees will also be aware of the “customer” side of the equation. This combination is of incredible value and provides organization-specific information for the attendees. The Workshop: Three hours, three sections: Resolve, Observe and Improve. Theory and practical application provide a foundation; examples, humor and a pace that is always well received make for a valuable session. Attendees leave with specific, actionable items, based upon the survey results and a proven process. Coaching: So long as the workshop is in the morning, we provide a limited number of one-on-one coaching opportunities in the afternoon. This is where the rubber hits the road and is very positively received by attendees. The Timeline: Six to eight weeks prior to the event, we’ll coordinate with you to provide survey links, specific to each of your attendees, with instructions about how to administer the surveys for maximum participation. We recommend attendees print the results and bring them to the workshop. As we approach the event we’ll work with you to determine those attendees eligible for the one-on-one coaching session and schedule for maximum benefit. We’ll provide a note taker in advance of the event for you to print and provide to the attendees. After the workshop we’ll provide key slides, electronically, to all attendees. We’ll also roll-up all the critiques for your use and our continuous improvement.
