To be truly effective it is critical you maintain awareness of team perceptions as well as your customer/patient perceptions. This Employee Satisfaction Questionnaire (ESQ) has been developed via many years of analysis, workshops, and coaching. Beginning with the end in mind, it has been build with a combination of Likert scaled questions as well as text boxes. For instance, when your team member provides a numerical ranking of your effectiveness in communication, the next questions asks her to please provide feedback on how to better communicate. The old adage that if you are going to complain, be sure to provide a solution. This format is particularly helpful in preparing for the aforementioned annual reinvention. If your team suggests a need for improvement in any of the ten major benchmarks, you’ll also be able to pull their suggestions for improvement. Task forces can be built, provided the critical data/suggestions, and rapidly implement suggestions. For our clients already fully enrolled in the PSQ solution, the ESQ is provided at no additional cost, once per annum.
