A great start for my new year at work. What I really appreciate is the the concise simplified manner in which the basics are explained. You are so right; this is not rocket science. I find that people who are moved through the business or hired as a manager and do not have any management training are always the hardest to get on board for evolution. They feel threatened and therefore do not participate in effective leadership. Your methods are so positive and I think that works wonders. Listening to these chapters gives me energy to proceed.
