Thank you for your feedback and participation in the satisfaction survey we sent out a few weeks back. We received hundreds of valuable suggestions.
Overall, your feedback was very strong re: the newsletter and the website.
We need to do some work on awareness! Consistently, we’re finding that prospective clients are unaware of what we do and what we offer… you confirmed this via the survey. We’ve also learned that when we do show things, like our portal solution, and actually get folks to take a look… they love it. So, we’ll work on increasing awareness. We’ve already redone our website, www.9gs.org, to a more interactive style with videos and more.
We randomly selected from the hundreds of you who participated in the survey. And, the winner is… Cindy Leonard: Director of Arizona Associated Surgeons and we offer her our thanks and congratulations.

We plan to continue the satisfaction survey, on an annual basis, and again thank you for your feedback.
